2018 RAZ Union Weigh In Form

All,
Before any youth tackle player can participate in a league match it is a mandatory requirement of RAZ that every youth tackle player on a team's roster be weighed in by a union representative while wearing their full team uniform including jersey, shorts, socks and cleats. Non-contact players are NOT required to do weigh ins.

Union representatives will conduct the weigh in starting at 7:40am on the first day of league competition Jan 13th.  Each club will be appointed a designated weigh in time and the entire club (U10, 12, 14B, and 14G) is expected to weigh in during the scheduled 20 minute window.

Coaches are required to present a completed weigh in form to the union representative at the time of the weigh in, this includes a clear and current photo of the player (leave weight section blank for SRO documentation). We request that each division (U10, 12, 14B, and 14G) be filled out on a separate form. For youth playing in multiple divisions please place their information with the division form that represents the age of the player.

Important things to remember about the weigh in:

  • Non-contact players DO NOT need to be weighed in.
  • All youth tackle players must be officially weighed in to become eligible for league competition.
  • Weigh in shall be conducted Jan 13th starting at 7:40am at WSC by a Union representative.
  • Coaches are required to present a completed weigh in form to the union representative at the time of the weigh in (leave weight section blank for SRO documentation).
  • Youth shall wear full uniform including jersey, shorts, socks, and cleats during weigh in.
  • Provide separate forms for each division.
  • Player photos should clearly show the players face and only need to be above the shoulders.
  • The Union representative will keep the forms on file to verify player eligibility.
