We have a reached a point as a union where the need to advance and develop the boys U14 program is required. I am asking that all youth clubs vote on the following idea for this upcoming season, as usual each club gets one vote.

 

Continue playing 7s during the Fall for development and learning and then play 10s in the Spring.  Other unions have moved to this format so there are already USAR field size guidelines we can follow, they do say full field for U14 10s and all the unions that have implemented this are doing full field and say the kids can handle it.  So it would fit in okay at WSC.  The games would be 25 min halves and we would do a rolling clock to make sure it gets done within the 1 hr time block.
