Tutorial USAR Registration (Formerly CIPP)

A note from RAZ President, Taylor Miller

A quick note to say if you are still experiencing any trouble with SportLomo registration and access, please direct your SportLomo issues and concerns to your RugbyAZ Vice President, Dave (Elf) Thomas, who has volunteered to take point position on SportLomo onboarding.  Please do not direct your questions to the team at USA Youth & High School Rugby since they are quite inundated, and since we may already have the solution you need right here at the RugbyAZ level.

FAQs

When trying to register, I am receiving error messages.  Why?
The new USAR registration system has some bugs.  Please email RugbyArizona@hotmail.com with your issue and we will assist you to get your account cleared with USA Rugby.  We have found that the easiest thing to do is to create a new account using a different email log in.

What is the National Number?
The National number referred to is your old USA Rugby CIPP number.  If you have been unable to obtain your old USAR CIPP#, write the number  0 in the field.

I am a new registrant, and have never been CIPPd/registered with USA Rugby.  Do I need to enter a National Number?
No, new applicants do not need to document a national number upon registration.  If the system is making this a mandatory field for you to complete, write in "NA" in that field.

Will I be issued a new USA Rugby membership number?
All registrants will receive a new USA Rugby registration number as of the 2020-2021 season.

Do I need to upload photos and ID?
Yes, the system will not let you complete registration without these items uploaded.

What format do my photos need to be?
Photos must be a JPG.  ID may be a JPG or PDF.

My player does not have 2 parents.
All fields must be completed.  Copy and paste the information from parent #1 into fields for parent #2.

I cannot submit my registration.
All fields must be completed in the form and all waivers signed.  Scroll back up for a red lined box for missing information.  Be sure to look at all waivers requiring a signature.  Signature boxes are gray.  You must scroll through the entire waiver.  Once you get to the end of the waiver, the signature box will turn white and a signature may be entered.
